Agreement between the user and GiftCards.Africa

The GiftCards.Africa website is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of the GiftCards.Africa website constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

Modification of these terms for user

We reserve the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the GiftCards.Africa website is offered, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of GiftCards.Africa website.

To Use Our Services, You:

• Must be at least 13 years old (with some limited exceptions)
• May need to register with us to access and use some of our services and websites
• Must not initiate or participate in any activities on our services that are illegal, harmful, or interfere with anyone’s use of our services, including the sending of an e-mail or instant messaging spam
  

If You Subscribe to One Of Our Paid Services, You:

• Must provide us with accurate billing information, which we will keep on file
• Agree to pay all charges incurred on your account
• Acknowledge that surcharges may apply to some services, all charges are nonrefundable, and we may change any of our paid services at any time
• Are responsible for all fees necessary to access our services
• May cancel a paid service by calling, or mailing a letter to us

You Also Agree That We:

• We can change our services at any time without notice.
• We can place advertising, which supports our services, within applications, on web pages, on mobile devices, and more
• We will temporarily block your GiftCards.Africa account when we observe suspicious activities on your account.
• We will request for your BVN and valid National ID in cases of suspicious activities and you must provide the correct details to us within 24 hours for verification.
• We will permanently block your GiftCards.Africa account if you use fake details as your name or on your profile in general.
• We will permanently debit your wallet balance if you use fake details as your name or on your profile in general.
• We will permanently debit your wallet balance and permanently block your GiftCards.Africa account if you engage in fraudulent activities.

Selling of Gift Cards

• We do not accept stolen gift cards. Any attempt to sell stolen gift cards to us will have you reported and handed over to the appropriate authorities.
• You are required to upload a clear picture of the gift card below. Do not upload fake images, please.
• You must not upload any other amount of gift card different from the amount you filled in.
• Your GiftCards.Africa account may be blocked permanently if you submit fake gift card details. Do not upload used cards or cards submitted on another platform to avoid being suspended.
• The minimum gift card amount we accept per transaction is 10 and the maximum gift card amount we accept per transaction is 5,000.
• Due to the volatility of the gift card rates, the supposed amount to receive may be recalculated based on the exchange rate present when your gift card was confirmed on our end.
• We will automatically send your payment directly to the bank account that you submitted. There is nothing like a wallet system that takes a long process in getting paid.
• It takes approximately 15 minutes or more for the uploaded gift card amount to be verified and credited to your bank account instantly.
• We do not charge any transfer fees. With us, you get the full value of your gift card trade.
• We are not to be held responsible for sending payment to the wrong account provided by you.

Buying of Gift Cards

• ∗eGift voucher is non-refundable/exchange and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and is valid for single transaction only.
• ∗eGift voucher cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.
• ∗eGift voucher are valid till the claim-by-date.
• ∗eGift voucher only to be used in their specific region.
• ∗eGift voucher will be under terms and conditions of their brands.

By using this service you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions. GiftCards.Africa may change these terms and conditions at any time and shall become effective immediately upon posting to this page.
